Enhance Academy, proudly presents “Two day workshop on Supervisory & Managerial skills” on 25th & 26th of March 2011 (Friday & Saturday) at The Kings Hotel, No.32, Halls Road, Egmore, Chennai - 600 008.

Enhance academy has originated from CEO Group for focusing more on the training and development needs of Corporates, Institutions and  Individuals.
Objective of the Program is to help participants enhance the Supervisory & Managerial skills in line with the rapidly changing business environment.

Short Profile of the Trainer : Mr.G.D.Sharma
With over 31 years' experience in the industry, G.D. Sharma is currently the Principal – Beeline HR Advisory, his own HR Consulting firm. Until recently, he was President – HR in BGR Energy Systems Ltd. and prior to this, he was Vice President & Head – People & Organization Development in Larsen & Toubro Ltd. – ECC Division. He holds the status of ‘Adjunct Faculty’ accorded by BITS-Pilani; is an visiting faculty to Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai Business School; SRM University; Bharathidasan Institute of Management, IFMR, LIBA, VIT- & Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies to name a few. His expertise in training includes the entire gamut of HR as well as behavioural topics like communication, leadership, supervisory skills, etc.

Program Fee: 4500 / Person(+ tax 10.3%) for 2 Days
