Mr. Shashikanth – Zonal Head HR from Bajaj Allianz

He has close to a decade of rich experience in the field of HR in designing & implementing Performance Management Systems, Recruitment and Employee Engagement among others. He has also worked with companies like Reliance Retail and ABN AMRO bank.

Mr. Raghupathy – Vice President HR at International Flavours & Fragrances India Pvt Limited

He has Designed, Developed Performance Management, Balance Score Card Deployment. Competency Assessment process as Change Management programme. He is the Leading HR of the company with plants at multiple locations, corporate office and sales supported by a wide network of branches.

Mr. P. G. Subramanian – CEO at ASAP Managements Consultants Pvt Ltd.

He has wide experience spanning decades in implementing various HR Best Practices. He is a specialist in CMMI and implementing PCMM. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt from Motorola Academy through TQMI India. He is a Certified Trainer from Technical Training Institute, Australia & a Senior Examiner and Certified Trainer for Ramakrishna Bajaj National Quality Award.
