Principal Trainer: Mr. Shashikanth Jayaraman, Head HR – South India, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company. He has close to a decade of rich experience in the gamut of HR, working with companies like Reliance Retail and ABM Amro bank. To his credit he has introduced innovative recruitment strategies and sources on a Zero cost approach basis and has abundant experience in business centric strategic recruitment role marshalling numerous recruitment teams. He has also trained over 9000 professionals on a wide array of areas. He is a visiting faculty with various esteemed B schools. He is the founder of HR SANGAM, which is dedicated for HR, of HR and by HR. This association has more than 600 HR professional as members in the networking group.
